The Ulster Folk and Transport Museum’s site is very large, extending to over 175 acres. There are many attractions and activities in the open-air museum, as well as the extensive Folk and Transport Galleries.
Catering wont be a problem; the new Gilford Tearoom, in Ballycultra Town serves hot and cold meals, snacks and drinks, as does the tea room in Cultra Manor. The Midland Kiosk in the heart of the Irish Railway Collection serves cold snacks and hot and cold drinks. The catering service is provided for Museum visitors during normal Museum opening hours.
There are also picnic areas located throughout the Museum for your enjoyment.
