The Adventure Team

The Adventure Team was founded by Stephen Brown. Stephen has over 15 years’ experience in running activities, and he brings this experience to the Adventure Team. There is a diverse wealth of knowledge and experience within the team and they are drawn together by their belief in the principal of “challenge by choice” which shows their commitment to the experience, well being and, where required, development of the customers in their care.

Stephen has been participating in outdoor sports such as canoeing, hill walking and archery for over 20 years and has been working in the adventure and tourism industries for the last 15. Throughout this time Stephen has worked with an extremely wide range of groups in a variety of adventure centres in Ireland and the USA. He is extremely dedicated to the comfort of all the participants in his care prior to, during and after their activities.

Over the years Stephen has developed and delivered adventure based personal and social development courses with marginalised young people and community groups, team building events for small businesses and large businesses alike, activity days for families, groups of friends, schools, youth organisations and community groups.

â—¦Rescue and Emergency Care First Aiders
