Newtownabbey Borough Council has recently invested heavily in the fitness suite at the Arts & Leisure Centre and pushed this facility well and truly into the spotlight!!!

The new equipment is supplied by Technogym – one of the top two leading manufacturers in this market with cutting edge design and a quality of engineering that is undeniably world class. The new resistance range of machines is complimented by Technogym’s latest range of cardiovascular machines that are both elegant and sophisticated. The suite is home to four treadmills, two X-trainers, four cycles and two steppers along with a reintroduction of some free weights and three Concept II rowing machines
